Refund policy

If you are having any issues with an order and wish to return a Eretibles product, start by contacting customer service through our contact us page. A written return authorization is required from Erectibles to be eligible for a refund. We stand behind our products, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may contact us for a full refund minus shipping costs within a full 30 days of the receipt of the order.  All products purchased through the erectibles.com website have a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.
